We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours when in stock. Your order can be tracked online using the Royal Mail tracking service.
All packages require a signature, we cannot accept instructions to leave without a signature. You can select alternative delivery address including work address if this is more convenient.
Essential oils are too powerful and concentrated to be used on the skin undiluted.
Carrier oils provide both a basis for dilution and lubrication for the hands to move freely and evenly over the skin.
Most carrier oils are chosen to compliment the essential oils used, however a few carrier oils have therapeutic properties of their own: Peach Kernel, Apricot Kernel and Avocado oils are rich nourishing bases which help dry and ageing skins.
All our carrier oils are cold pressed (with the exception of grapeseed), and contain no additives.
