Orders:
All orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Lavandula and are subject to your credit or debit card being authorised for the transaction. Once your order has been placed via our website you will be sent an auto-generated order acknowledgement by email detailing everything you have ordered. Contract between you and Lavandula will take effect on dispatch to you unless Lavandula informs you that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled it.
Please make sure you provide us with a correct email address to your mail box. All order acknowledgements and conformations are sent via email. It is your responsibility to check that the name, address and postcode details you have supplied are accurate and complete, since we are unable to offer any Refunds for orders either lost or delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part.
All prices on this site are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%.
Delivery:
We aim to process orders within 24 hours of receipt although we are unable to guarantee this therefore please allow 4 full working days. Orders placed during a weekend are processed on Monday, and orders placed during a U.K. Public Holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £30.00.
Under £30.00 you will be charged a small delivery fee of £2.50 for the first item then 50p each addtional items.
Delivery will be via Royal Mail or a Carrier Services who will require a signature of receipt. Carrier services only make 2 attempts to deliver and you may be charged for any further attempts therefore if there is a possibility that nobody will be at home during the day, you must provide an alternative delivery address where there will be somebody available to sign for delivery for example your works address. If there is nobody at the delivery address to accept delivery, the carrier service will leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery within the next 48 hours. If you fail to contact the carrier service within 48 hours your parcel will be returned to lavandula.
Returns and Refunds:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on any item returned to us within thirty days of your receipt of goods, provided they are still in their original packaging, undamaged and in an unused condition. For hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept retuned items that have been used.
We suggest that you make any returns to us by recorded/special delivery as we regret we cannot be held responsible for any good lost in the post to us. A full refund excluding the delivery charge will be given.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, from the day the contract is concluded (receipt of goods). Should you wish to cancel your order under these regulations it must be in writing, or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. All item(s) returned under these regulations must be received by Lavandula within 7 days and be unopened, unused, in the original manufacturers packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Under these regulations all goods are returned at your expense.
