Basil essential oil is obtained through steam distillation from leaves and flowering tops. Mainly grown in Southern Europe and Egypt regions.
Strongly aromatic herb with bright green leaves and tiny white flowers. Colourless to pale yellow liquid with a sweet spicy fragrance.
Blends well with: Bergomot FCF, Black Pepper, Frankincense, Geranium, Marjoram and Rosemary.
Safety Information:
- Never take internally.
- Never use undiluted on the skin, mix with a suitable carrier oil, one drop to 2mls of carrier oil.
- Not suitable for babies and infants.
- Do not use in pregnancy.
- Keep out of the reach of children
