Bay Leaf oil originates from the Bay tree native to the West Indies. It is a wild tropical tree growing up to 8 metres high.
Bay Leaf oil is steam distilled by using the leaf and is yellow/amber to brown in colour with a very strong aroma similar to clove.
Blends well: Geranium, Lavender, Rosemary, Ylang ylang, Citrus and spicy oils.
Safety Information:
- Never take internally
- Never use undiluted on the skin
- Mix with a suitable carrier oil, one drop to 2mls of carrier
- Do not use in pregnancy
- May cause skin irritation, use in low dilution's
- Keep out of the reach of children
