Frankincense is deeply relaxing and quietening and for this reason has been associated for thousands of years with meditation and pray.
It is comforting and emotionally uplifting and is an excellent oil to use to provide a relaxing and calming atmosphere as a room freshener.
Blends well with: Lavender, Geranium, Basil, Black Pepper, Sandalwood, Orange.
Safety Information:
- Never take internally
- Never use undiluted on the skin, mix with a suitable carrier oil, one drop to 2mls of carrier oil
- Do not use on babies and infants
- Do not use in pregnancy
