Ginger essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the roots of the Herb.
It is pale yellow in colour with a warm, spicy, woody aroma. Ginger oil has stimulating, warming and soothing properties that can uplift the spirits, soothe the body and focus the mind. For many years Ginger has been associated with sore throats and flu and cold like symptoms.
Never use undiluted on the skin, mix with a suitable carrier oil, one drop to 2mls ofcarrier oil
Do not use in high doses, may irritate sensitive skins
Do not use in pregnancy
Not suitable for babies and infants
Keep out of the reach of children
