The oil of peppermint is obtained by steam distillation from the flowers and leaves. The herb is grown all over the world, however peppermint essential oil from England is considered the best.
It is has stimulating, clearing yet calming properties.
Blends well with: Lavender, Benzoin, Mandarin, Pine and Rosemary.
Safety Information:
- Never take internally
- Never use undiluted on the skin, mix with a suitable carrier oil, one drop to 2mls of carrier oil
- Do not use in high doses and dilute thoroughly, may irritate sensitive
- Do not use in pregnancy
- Not suitable for babies and infants
- Do not store or use in association with homeopathic treatments
- Do not use during the evening, does not promote a good nights sleep
- Keep out of the reach of children
