Native to South India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka the essential oil is dark brown to amber in colour with a rich smoky, woody fragrance.  It is steam distilled from the roots of the aromatic wild vetiver grass.

The oil is known for its calming and cleansing properties and is often referred to as “the oil of tranquility”.
 
Blends well with: Lavender, Sandalwood, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang.

Safety Information:

  • Never take internally
  • Never use undiluted on the skin, mix with a suitable carrier oil, one drop to 2mls of carrier oil
  • Do not use during pregnancy
  •   Keep out of the reach of children
