Prostaglandins are involved in the control of a number of biological processes including hormone balance. Up to 23% of the fatty acids from Borage Oil Borago officinalis otherwise known as Starflower Oil are Gamma Linolenic Acid GLA.
2 capsules will provide 500mg of star flower oil containing an average 23% of its fatty acids as GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid), which is more than twice the strength of GLA in Evening Primrose oil, plus 8mg vitamin E (80% recommended daily allowance).
