Echinacea 3:1 dry extract tablets is a traditional herbal remedy, used for preventing or treating infections, colds, or influenza, especially before onset or in the early stages of infection. Echinacea is thought to act by stimulating various immune system cells and boosting production of interferon, making the body more resilient naturally.
It is most effective when taken at the first sign of illness, but is also useful when already suffering from colds or flu.
Each tablet provides on average 100mg of Echinacea 3:1 Dry Extract, equivalent to 300mg fresh Echinacea, standardised to contain 4% Echinacosides (the active principal of Echinacea). Each tablet will provide on average 4mg of Echinacosides.
DIRECTIONS: Take one tablet a day as a food supplement.
