Milk thistle is a member of the sunflower family and is particularly used to support a healthy liver.  Some people find it helpful to take during detox programmes.

Ingredients:
Di Calcium Phosphate, Maltodextrin, Milk Thistle Extract, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Modified Maize Starch, Glazing Agent: Shellac, Silica, Magnesium Stearate.

Each tablet contains on average 125mg of Milk Thistle Extract providing on average 100mg of Silibin.

Directions:
Take one to three tablets a day as a food supplement.
