INGREDIENTS: Bulking Agent: Di Calcium Phosphate, Bulking Agent: Maltodextrin, Modified Maize Based Starch, Anti-caking Agent: Magnesium Stearate, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
Each tablet provides on average 600iu (15mcg) of Vitamin D3 which is 300% of the EC Recommended Daily Allowance.
DIRECTIONS: Take one tablet a day as a food supplement. This tablet should be swallowed whole.
